Dividend Analytics

Dividends shows all income paid to your portfolio across both brokers, broken down by month, year, ticker, and source. It's your source of truth for income progress — how much you're earning now, how consistent the flow is, and which holdings deliver the best return.

Before you start

  • At least one broker must be connected and synced (Settings → Integrations).
  • Dividends appear after the first sync; historical data goes back to your first import.

How to use it

  • Go to Dividends.
  • Use the KPI strip at the top to see totals: all-time, this year, this month, and average per month.
  • Use the monthly bar chart to spot income gaps (months with lower payouts).
  • Sort the ticker table by "Yield on cost" to see which holdings deliver the best real return on your purchase price.
  • Use the broker breakdown to see how T212 and IBKR contribute to your total income.

What comes next

  • Use the income gap data as context when reviewing Recommendations — the Recommendation agent targets these exact gaps.
  • Share the monthly average with the Advisor — ask it how much capital you'd need to reach your target income.

Tips

  • Yield on cost is more meaningful than current yield — it shows the real return from what you paid, not from today's price.
  • The cumulative line chart shows the compound effect of reinvested dividends over time.
