Portfolio intelligence for dividend investors
Dividend income, instrumented.
vest101 pulls your Trading 212 and Interactive Brokers positions into one ledger, accounts for every payment to the cent, and puts a team of research agents and an AI analyst to work on it. Nothing is ever bought or sold for you — every proposal waits for your approval.

The problem
Your income is real. Your view of it is a spreadsheet.
If you invest for dividends across more than one broker, the number that actually matters — what lands in your account each month, and whether it is growing — exists nowhere. Each broker shows you its own slice. Neither knows about your bullion or your cold wallet. The reconciliation happens in a spreadsheet you maintain by hand, and it is stale the moment you close it.
vest101 is built for the person who reconciles against a broker statement. One ledger across every source, figures that align to the cent, and a sync time you can point at. On top of that sits the research layer: agents that read the market on a schedule, a knowledge base that knows what a payout ratio is for, and an advisor you can simply ask.
The product
Four screens you will actually live in
Every figure below is sample data, rendered with the same components the product uses.
One total, and where it came from
Every broker, every asset class, one figure. Value against deposits, split by source and by category, with the last successful sync stated rather than implied. When a broker fails to sync, it says so — a stale number that looks fresh is worse than no number.
Illustrative rendering with sample figures — not a screenshot of a real account.

Every payment, to the cent
Income by month, by ticker and by source, across both brokers at once. Not an estimate from a yield figure — the payments that actually arrived, reconciled against what your broker reported.

Ask your portfolio a question
The advisor has your real holdings, your dividend history and a 29-entry knowledge base in front of it. Ask whether a payout looks safe, what a purchase would do to your monthly income, or why a position is down — in plain language, in English or Spanish.

Is O’s dividend at risk, and what would 40 more shares do to my monthly income?
Coverage looks solid. Trailing twelve-month AFFO per share covers the distribution 1.28×, and the payout has risen in each of the last six quarters. What I would watch is concentration: O is already 11.4 % of your portfolio and 18.2 % of your income.

Nothing is applied without you
Agents propose; you decide. Every change an agent wants to make — a new holding to research, a monthly buy list, a knowledge entry to revise — lands here as a proposal with its reasoning attached, and stays there until you accept or reject it.

Existing entry uses EPS. Proposes NII, which is the correct denominator for a BDC.
How it works
Research runs while you do not
The loop is the same every week, and you are the only one who can close it.
Agents research
Three agents work on a schedule: they read the dividend voices you have chosen on X, pull from the sources you have added, and build a monthly income plan. Seventeen accounts and twenty-nine knowledge entries are loaded before you start.
You review
Everything they produce arrives in your Inbox as a proposal, with the reasoning and the evidence attached. The curated Feed shows you what they read. Nothing is applied while it sits there.
You act
Accept what you agree with, reject what you do not, and place any trades at your own broker. Monday brings a report of everything that happened that week, so a busy month never means losing the thread.

Your data
Read-only, encrypted, and yours
A tool that holds your portfolio has to earn that. Here is what it does about it, in terms you can check.
Read-only broker access
vest101 connects with API keys that can read positions and history. It cannot place a trade, cannot move cash, and cannot withdraw. There is no code path that tries.
Encrypted at rest
Broker credentials and Bitcoin addresses are encrypted in the database with AES-GCM, decrypted only at the moment of use, and looked up by a keyed blind index so nothing has to be decrypted to find it.
You approve everything
Agents produce proposals. A proposal has no effect until you accept it, and rejecting one is a single click. There is no autonomous mode to accidentally leave on.
Pricing
One plan, one price
Everything above, for one monthly figure. No tiers to compare, no seats to count, no feature held back for a plan that does not exist.

Questions
Before you sign up
Can vest101 place trades on my behalf?
No. It connects to your broker with read-only API access — it reads positions, transactions and dividend history, and that is the whole surface. It cannot buy, sell, transfer or withdraw.
When an agent recommends a purchase, the recommendation is a proposal in your Inbox. You execute it yourself, at your broker, if you agree with it.
Which brokers does it support?
Trading 212 and Interactive Brokers. Alongside them you can track Bitcoin addresses, gold and other crypto holdings, so the portfolio total is the whole picture rather than the part that happens to sit at a broker.
What happens to my broker API keys?
They are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM and only decrypted at the moment a sync runs. Lookups use a keyed blind index, so finding your credentials never requires decrypting anyone else’s.
You can revoke a key at your broker at any time; vest101 will report the source as failing to sync rather than silently showing you a stale figure.
Is there a free trial?
No. There is one plan at €19/month, billed through Stripe, and you can cancel at any time from your account. We would rather say that plainly than advertise a trial that does not exist.
What happens if I cancel?
Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. Your data is not deleted when the subscription ends — if you resubscribe, your history is still there.
Is this financial advice?
No. vest101 is a tracking and research tool. The advisor and the agents produce analysis and proposals, and analysis is not advice — no one at vest101 knows your circumstances, and nothing the product outputs takes them into account.
Which languages does it work in?
English and Spanish, throughout — including the advisor, which answers in the language you ask in.
Where does the AI run, and does it see my portfolio?
The advisor and the agents are built on Grok. To answer a question about your holdings, the relevant part of your portfolio is included in the request — that is what makes the answer about you rather than about the market in general.
Your data is not used to train any model, and the advisor has no access to another user’s portfolio.
Start with one broker and a question
Connect Trading 212 or Interactive Brokers, wait for the first sync, and ask the advisor what your monthly income actually looks like. That is the whole first session.
